This is one of our favorite Easter desserts.. the PEEPS cake! What we love is that the kids can decorate this one all by themselves! Bake a layer cake, frost in pink frosting and then place Peeps around the perimeter of the cake. Sprinkle with Easter color M n M's and add a peep to the top. We added the sign proclaiming "You are One of Our Favorite Peeps!"
