Here's the favor itself.. a homemade birdseed heart. It is so easy.. all you need is a heart shaped cookie cutter, birdseed, twine or ribbon, flour, corn syrup and water. We made these as a Valentines Day craft for kids, but let's adapt them for this project! Here are the step by step instructions for making this inexpensive graduation party favor. Punch a hole in the tag.. attach to the birdseed heart with ribbon in the school colors. I can't imagine any Mom who would not love this favor!
