Get your booster club to fund all or part of the project and it is a great kick off gift for the team.

Our field hockey team girls loved the idea as well. Since it is a much smaller roster and funds are tight... the girls chose the design and slogan. We found the shirt sale: 5 for $10! Then the moms got together and made the shirts. It was a fun "girls night" for the moms. The shirts came out great with the aid of the computer, Wilton t-shirt transfer paper, an iron and some parchment paper. You can find t-shirt transfer paper at all craft stores as well as Office Depot. Two different kinds are available for light and dark colored shirts.. so purchase the right one. The directions are in the package and couldn't be easier! Print, peel and iron.. t-shirt done!! Here are step by step directions for making your own t-shirts.
