Yes, in our house everything needs to be decorated.. so the night before 4th of July we let the big kids go at it.. we had crepe paper, garland, ribbons, flags and more.. with that they went to work and the twins stroller was transformed into a rolling 4th of July float!

In our state fireworks are illegal but we came up with our own way to
"light up the night" for this 4th of July party idea with fun glow in the dark favors!
These were so fun and so safe for the kids. All were adorned..even our
Wheaton Terrier, Bailey the year we did light up Hawaiian leis! Last year I found flashing light up mugs and
they were a huge hit. I bought them through Amazon (see below)
for under 3.00 a piece. While you can't see the chasing lights in these
photos, by 9 pm our yard looked like an alien landing zone from a
distance with all our guests "lit up"! Here are some more of our favorite party favors.. the Etch It Cups are so great.. everyone etches their name onto the cup so you won't have tons of plastic cups laying around..so eco-friendly!
